At 60°C, the bread's softness and flavor are restored; at 160°C, the surface begins to turn golden; at 220°C, the surface begins to caramelize, producing a crispy texture. By fine-tuning the intensity of the heating elements at the top and bottom for each mode based on the bread type, texture, and aroma balance, it achieves a taste that's unforgettable from the first try.
When using BALMUDA The Toaster to bake bread, please pour 5cc of clean water into the top water tank. The oven will be filled with steam, covering the bread surface with moisture.
