Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping arrangements for orders on www.acehomehk.com are as follows:

Hong Kong Local Delivery

  1. Free shipping is available for orders of HK$800 or above. For orders under HK$800, the applicable shipping fee will be displayed prior to payment.
  2. If the product is in stock, delivery will be made within 1–3 working days. If you wish to inquire about the delivery schedule, please call our customer service during operating hours.
  3. Delivery will be arranged via the following methods. We reserve the right to select the delivery method based on circumstances without prior notice:

Logistics Service Delivery

  • If delivered by our logistics team, shipments will be scheduled Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Our delivery team will coordinate the timing with you in advance.
  • Logistics delivery service is not available for remote areas, including Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Outlying Islands, etc.
  • Unless otherwise notified, products will be delivered within 2–5 working days.

Local Express Delivery

  • If shipped via local express courier, you will receive an email with the courier tracking number once the order is dispatched, allowing you to track the shipment status.
  • Orders will be dispatched within 1–3 working days, and local couriers usually require an additional 1–3 working days for final delivery.
  • As exact delivery times cannot be scheduled in advance for express service, the courier driver will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Overseas Shipping

  1. Courier Service & Tracking
    • Overseas shipments (outside Hong Kong) are sent via reputable courier services. The courier company's name will be indicated before payment.
    • Once the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email so you can monitor the shipment status.
  2. Import Duties & Taxes
    • Product prices and shipping fees on this website do NOT include import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), consumption taxes, or customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country/region.
    • The recipient is responsible for paying all applicable taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country's customs authority.
    • If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal to pay duties, failure to clear customs, or failure to provide required documentation, all round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, and administrative fees incurred will be borne by the recipient and deducted from any refund.
  3. Delivery Time & Customs Processing
    • Overseas delivery typically takes 7–14 working days, depending on the destination and courier schedule.
    • Delivery times may be delayed due to customs inspections, clearance procedures, or force majeure events such as severe weather. We are not liable for delays caused by local customs authorities.
  4. Prohibited Items & Import Restrictions
    • It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the ordered items comply with the import laws and regulations of the destination country/region prior to placing an order.
    • If items are detained, confiscated, or destroyed by local customs for non-compliance with import regulations, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
