Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Yamagata toast (cut into four slices) 2 slices
- 20g cream

- Make cross cuts on each slice of bread.
- Cut half of the cream (10g) into squares and set aside.
- Spread the remaining 10g of butter evenly on one side of the bread.
- Place the bread into the toaster, select the toast mode, and bake until the surface turns caramel color (bake for about 2.5 to 3.5 minutes).
- After baking, spread the reserved 10g butter on the bread, then put it back on the toaster and use the remaining heat to melt the butter.
Preparation time : about 5 minutes.
This simple and quick butter toast is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and rich in butter flavor, perfect for a light snack or breakfast.
