It is not recommended to add large ice cubes directly for the juicing function. To make shaved ice, please use the included dedicated ice-making cup to freeze liquids, then use the shaved ice function.

The ice-making cup is made of TPE resin material, and it is not recommended to sterilize it with boiling water or high temperatures, as this may cause deformation. Simply clean it with warm water and mild detergent.
