Kiwi smoothie
【 Ingredients 】(1 serving)
- <Kiwi Juice/Smoothie>
- Kiwi / 2 (including for garnish)
- Water / 100ml
- Honey / 1 tbsp
- <Condensed Milk Shaved Ice>
- Condensed milk / 50ml
- Milk / 50ml
- <Topping>
- Crushed pistachios / to taste
【 Preparation 】
- Peel the kiwis. Slice one piece for garnish and set aside. Cut the remaining kiwi flesh into bite-sized pieces and chill in the refrigerator.
- Mix the condensed milk and milk well, pour into the included ice-making container, and freeze overnight.
【 Instructions 】
- Blend the prepared kiwi flesh, water, and honey in a blender to make kiwi juice (smoothie).
- Place the prepared condensed milk and milk ice cubes into a shaved ice maker to make condensed milk shaved ice.
- Pour the juice from step 1 into a glass, then top with the shaved ice from step 2. Finally, garnish with crushed pistachios and kiwi slices to your liking.
