Accessory rack for the FP-205 collapsible fermentation box, equipped with collapsible legs - Dimensions: 32 x 38 x 10 cm (unfolded).

A second layer, 10cm higher than the bottom layer, is formed inside the fermentation box. This design allows for the simultaneous fermentation of two baking trays or four bread molds.

The rack's legs are foldable for easier storage. When placing or removing bread from the proofing box, special clips will keep the legs in the unfolded position to prevent damage to the bread on the lower shelves.
