- Do not wash the body with water to avoid electric shock or malfunction.
- Clean the inner pot with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metal brushes. Ensure the inner pot is completely dry before storing.
- When cooking rice, the maximum capacity is 2 cups of rice. Please use no less than half a cup of rice.
- When making porridge, do not exceed half a cup of rice.
Ensure that you wash the rice thoroughly before cooking and measure the water correctly according to the type of rice. Also, avoid leaving the rice in the pot for a long time after cooking is complete. Please avoid washing rice in the inner pot.
Adjust the water amount according to your preference. Add more water for softer rice, or less water for harder rice. Make sure to measure the water according to the water level lines in the inner pot.
- Turn off the rice cooker, unplug it, and let it cool down. After cooling, plug it back in and try turning it on again.
- If the problem persists, please contact customer service for assistance.
- Yes, this mini rice cooker can be used to make porridge, soups, and steam food. However, please note that the water level should not exceed the maximum line indicated for each cooking mode.
- When steaming food, please use the "STEAM" mode. It is not recommended to steam raw ingredients while cooking rice, but you can reheat cooked food. As the steamer is outside the rice cooker, the amount of steam generated during rice cooking may not be sufficient to fully cook the ingredients (as different ingredients or ingredient thickness/size may require different heating times than rice cooking).
After selecting the desired cooking mode, press the "Timer" button to set the start time. Each press of the "Timer" button increases the time by 30 minutes, with a maximum reservation time of 24 hours.
Do not exceed the maximum water level line marked on the inner pot. When cooking soup or porridge, the water level should be below the 0.5 water level line.
This product is designed for use with 220-240V voltage. If using in countries with lower voltage (such as Taiwan, Japan, USA, Canada), please use an appropriate voltage converter.
