Product Care

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Always disconnect the USB power cable before cleaning.
Regularly wash the water tank using a soft cloth or sponge to prevent scale buildup.
Clean the ultrasonic mist aperture gently with a cotton swab; never use sharp or hard objects.
Replace the absorbent water wick every 2 to 3 months to maintain optimal mist output and hygiene.
Empty remaining water and allow all parts to dry completely before storing in a cool, dry place.

Usage Precautions:

Use standard tap water or distilled water. Do not use pure essential oil; use water-soluble aroma water only.
Do not tilt or shake the unit while running to prevent water leakage into electrical components.
Place the humidifier on a stable, flat surface away from moisture-sensitive electronic devices.
The unit features auto shut-off protection when empty; turn off the unit before refilling.

Q&A

Can I add pure essential oil directly to the tank?

No, pure oil-based essential oils may clog the ultrasonic mist nozzle or degrade plastic parts. Please use water-soluble aroma water designed for humidifiers.

How often should I replace the water wick?

We recommend replacing the wick every 2 to 3 months, or sooner if you notice reduced mist output or odors.

Can it be powered by a portable power bank?

Yes, the humidifier is powered via standard USB Type-C (DC 5V / 3W) and can be plugged into power banks, laptops, or USB wall adapters.

Why does the humidifier automatically shut down?

The device includes built-in safety features: an automatic shut-off when water runs low and a 2-hour timer. Simply refill water and power it back on to resume.
