Use the USB Type-C charging cable connected to a 5V 2A charger. Ensure full charge before first use, charging time is about 3.5 hours. The vacuum cleaner cannot be used while charging, please charge fully before use.
Align the extension tube and accessories with the main unit and insert them. You'll hear a "click" sound when installation is complete. Note that there's a white cotton pad between the dust cup and the main unit, do not remove it. This pad helps prevent large debris from entering the filter, reducing clogging risk. Please clean the dust on the cotton pad regularly. To disassemble, press the "PUSH" buttons on both sides of the main unit and gently remove each component.
If the vacuum cleaner overheats or becomes clogged, a safety mechanism will activate and stop the product. Let the vacuum cleaner cool down for about 1 hour before restarting. If it doesn't work after cooling for about 1 hour, please contact customer service. Check if the filter has accumulated a lot of dust or if it has been accidentally washed, if so, please clean or replace the filter.
No, the vacuum cleaner should not be used to clean liquids, sharp objects, or substances like glass, pins, or chemicals.
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the surface of the vacuum cleaner. The dust cup and metal filter can be removed and cleaned separately. Do not immerse the main unit of the vacuum cleaner in water.
You can gently clean the dust on the HEPA filter with a soft brush, do not clean the filter with water. The metal filter can be washed with water. Make sure both are completely dry before reinstalling. It is recommended to replace the filter every 3 to 6 months, depending on the frequency of use.
Please check if the dust cup is full or if the filter is clogged. Clean or replace the filter if necessary to restore suction power.
