Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Always unplug the power and wait until the mug has fully cooled before cleaning.
- Clean the inner pot with a soft sponge and neutral detergent. Do not use steel wool or abrasives.
- Never let water enter the power connector on the base. Do not immerse the whole mug in water or rinse the base directly under the tap.
- If scale builds up inside, add a suitable amount of food-grade citric acid with warm water, let it soak, then brush gently and rinse.
- The lid and silicone seal can be removed for cleaning. Dry them thoroughly before reassembling.
Usage Precautions:
- When heating, make sure the lid is correctly vented. Do not block the lid's vent hole with any object.
- Do not fill above the maximum water level mark (Max) to prevent boiling water from overflowing and causing burns.
- Do not use in a microwave, dishwasher, dish dryer or sterilising cabinet.
- Avoid tilting or shaking the mug while heating, and place it on a stable surface out of children's reach.
Storage Tips:
- When not in use for a long time, clean and dry the inside of the mug and its accessories thoroughly, and store in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place.
- Coil the power cord neatly when storing; avoid pulling hard on it or folding it sharply.
