- For oil stains, use a neutral detergent, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.
- Do not immerse the product in water or rinse it directly under the tap.
Safety Precautions:
- DO NOT use the product on metal surfaces (e.g., stainless steel tables).
- Use flat-bottomed, magnetic cookware specifically designed for induction (minimum 12cm diameter).
- Ensure the air intake and exhaust vents remain unobstructed during use; do not cover them.
- The panel remains hot after cooking; do not touch it until it has cooled.
E0 indicates that no cookware is detected or the cookware is unsuitable. Please use compatible induction cookware with a bottom diameter between 12cm and 20cm.
Use cookware with a flat bottom, a diameter between 12-24cm, and labeled as "Induction Compatible" (e.g., stainless steel, cast iron). For optimal heating, a bottom diameter of 12-20cm is recommended.
E2 indicates that the overheat protection has been triggered. Turn off the power, check if the vents are blocked, and restart once the unit has cooled down.
