Accessory rack for the FP-205 folding fermentation chamber with foldable feet - dimensions: 32 x 38 x 10 cm (unfolded).

Form a second layer 10cm higher than the bottom layer in the fermentation box. This design can ferment two baking pans or four bread molds at the same time.

The legs of the rack can be folded, making storage more convenient. When putting it in or out of the fermentation box, special clips will hold the legs in the unfolded state to avoid damaging the bread on the lower shelf.
