Can the outer box of the product and the stainless steel container be placed in the microwave?
Yes, but please avoid prolonged heating (no more than 10 minutes) and be sure to open the lid. The outer box of the product does not conduct heat, making the stainless steel inner box easier to remove after heating. Keeper Ten's stainless steel inner box has also obtained SGS microwave safety certificate.
Can the product be frozen?
Yes, but after removing from the freezer, please allow the product to return to room temperature before opening the lid for use.
Can the product be placed in the dishwasher?
The stainless steel part is dishwasher safe, but be careful with the PP plastic part. Due to material properties, plastic may deform slightly at high temperatures. It is recommended to use the plastic cleaning mode of the dishwasher.
Can the components of the product be disassembled and washed separately?
The stainless steel part, plastic outer box, lid, and silicone ring inside the lid can be removed and washed separately.
How long does it take to heat food in the microwave?
The microwave heating time of lunch boxes with stainless steel lining will be slightly longer than that of plastic or glass containers. Depending on the heating power of the microwave, it is generally recommended to microwave for about 4-5 minutes.
