  • Herb Garlic Naan

    Ingredients<Serves 2>

    【Main ingredients】

    • High-gluten flour / 150g
    • Low gluten flour / 50g
    • Natural yeast stock / 75g
    • Plain yogurt / 30g
    • Sea ​​salt / 1g
    • Brown sugar / 5g
    • Water / 100g
    • Olive oil / 10g

            【Herb garlic butter (mix all ingredients and serve)】

            • Fermented butter / 40g
            • Sea ​​salt / 3g
            • Dry ashes / 1 teaspoon
            • Minced garlic / 15g

            【Method】

            1. Mix all the ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. The kneading time is about 5 minutes.

            2. Roll the dough into a round shape, cover it well, and ferment for the first time until the dough doubles in size.

            3. After fermentation, press the dough gently to release air bubbles, roll into a ball and rest for 10 minutes.

            4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, roll into balls and let rest for 5 minutes.

            5. Use a dough pin to roll the dough into a thin crust and rest for 10 minutes.

            6. Spread the herb garlic butter and bake in the preheated oven at 250℃ for about 6 minutes until golden brown.

            【Tips】

            ・The fermentation time of home-grown natural yeast will be longer than that of commercial fermentation.
            If using instant yeast, the amount is 2g. The amount of liquid can be increased by about 15-20g.
