【Main ingredients】
- Only child garlic / about 20 pieces
【Method】
1. Cut the bamboo net into a container.

2. Put the garlic into a container, cover it with tin foil, and poke some small holes with a toothpick.

3. Put it into the fuselage and cover the top cover.

4. The time is 10 to 12 days, and the temperature is set to 55℃.

【Tips】
・When making black garlic, water will come out. Use a bamboo net to separate the bottom to prevent the water from soaking the garlic.
