Sautéed Mushrooms with Salt Koji

【Main ingredients】
- Greenhouse cucumber / 2 pieces
- Brown mushroom / 450g
- Carrots / a little
- Minced garlic / 1 teaspoon
- Jiang Rong / 1 teaspoon
- Salt koji / 2 tsp
【Method】
1. Cut the mushrooms into pieces, cut the cucumber into pieces, and slice the carrots.
2. Fry the mushrooms in a white wok until the water comes out.
3. Heat a little oil in a wok, add minced garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant.
4. Add cucumber, carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add 2 tablespoons of water and salted koji and stir-fry until the juice is reduced.
