    • Natto And Egg Rice

    Ingredients＜Serves 2＞

    【Main ingredients】

    • Natto / 2 tablespoons
    • Japanese soy sauce / 1 teaspoon
    • Wasabi / 1 teaspoon
    • White rice / bowl
    • Egg / 1 piece
    • Chopped green onion / a little

            【Method】

            1. Add Japanese soy sauce and mustard sauce to natto and stir evenly.

            2. Place on hot rice, beat in eggs, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
