Yogurt Mango Panna Cotta

【Main ingredients】

  • Pure yogurt / 75g
  • Fresh milk / 150ml
  • Light cream / 75ml
  • Fresh mango pulp / 200g
  • Brown sugar / 20g
  • Fish gelatin / 6g

          【Method】

          1. Peel fresh mango, add yogurt, and blend into a blender to make mango puree.

          2. Add fresh milk, light cream, and sugar to the pot and mix well. Simmer until the sugar dissolves and remove from the heat. Add the soaked fish gelatin flakes and mix well until the fish gelatin flakes dissolve.

          3. Add mango puree and mix well.

          4. Pour into a cup and refrigerate in the refrigerator until solid.
