Sunset Pineapple Cocktail

Ingredients (1 serving)
- Pineapple / 70g
- Vodka / 30ml
- 100% Orange Juice / 120ml
- Sparkling Water / 80ml
- Grenadine Syrup / 10ml
- Pineapple slices, Mint leaves / as desired (to personal preference)
Preparation
- Cut the pineapple into fan-shaped slices, about 2-3mm thick. Arrange them flat in the included ice cube tray, close the lid, and freeze.
Instructions
- Shave the pre-frozen pineapple into shaved ice using a shaved ice machine and place it in a glass.
- Pour vodka, 100% orange juice, and sparkling water into the glass and stir gently. Then, slowly pour the grenadine syrup along the rim of the glass (to create a gradient effect).
- Garnish with pineapple slices and mint leaves as desired.
Tips
- Make sure to freeze the pineapple for at least 24 hours until completely frozen.
- ※If freezing only the ingredient itself (without liquid), choose an ingredient with high water content and eliminate any gaps between pieces as much as possible, pressing them firmly before freezing.
