- If you encounter any product malfunctions despite following the instructions in the manual and those on the product label, please contact us to arrange a product inspection and repair.
- Please register your appliance online within 7 days after purchase. Or you must retain the purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
- When applying for a repair, you must present either your purchase receipt or a valid online registration record.
- Our product warranty only applies within Hong Kong and Macau. We do not offer international warranty services.
- The product's free warranty period is counted one year from the purchase date. Any repair services needed after this period may be chargeable, depending on the circumstances. This could include inspection fees, parts, and repair costs.
- Customers are required to bring their products to our customer service center for warranty services.
- The free warranty will be invalidated if the product fails due to the following behaviors:
- Not using the product correctly as guided by the instruction manual.
- Disassembling or modifying the product independently.
- Damage caused by negligence or human error.
- Damage caused by force majeure, such as fires, earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes, etc.
- Using the product for commercial purposes or excessively beyond normal use.
- Damage to the machine due to not cleaning it properly after use.
- Damage to the product due to infiltration of liquid or food ingredients, which is considered human-induced damage.
- The warranty does not cover consumable parts (for example, lids, baking trays, etc). Please contact us separately for purchases of these items.
