Crispy Chicken Curry

Ingredients <4 pieces>

【Main ingredients】

  • Ready-made puff pastry / 2 pieces
  • Egg liquid / a little

【Stuffing】

  • Chicken Thigh Steak / 1 piece
  • Onion / half
  • Japanese curry brick/1 piece

      【 Preparation】

      1. Cut 2 pieces of puff pastry into the size of the plates.

      2. Peel and dice the chicken thighs.

      3. Wash and dice the onions.

      【Method】

      1. Prepare the ingredients first. Heat a wok, add a little oil and sauté the onions until fragrant, then add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until half cooked, pour in about half a bowl of water, add the curry bricks, cook until the curry is thick and then remove from the heat.

      2. Preheat the sandwich plate. Place a piece of puff pastry and add the toppings.

      3. Cover with another piece of puff pastry and use a bamboo skewer to prick small holes in the pastry.

      4. Spread egg wash on the dough, cover and bake for 6 minutes.
