Mushroom Bacon Tart

Ingredients  <4 pieces>

【Main ingredients】

  • Unsalted butter / 35g
  • Salt / 1g
  • Frosting / 25g
  • Whole eggs / 10g
  • Low gluten flour / 70g

【Stuffing】

  • Bacon / 3 slices
  • Onion / half
  • Organic treasure mushroom / 1 piece
  • Cherry tomato / 6 pieces

【Ingredients】

  • Mozzarella cheese / appropriate amount
  • Dried mixed herbs / a little

        【How to make stuffing】

        1. Cut all fillings into cubes.

        2. Heat a wok, add bacon and stir-fry until fragrant, then add other ingredients and stir-fry until onion is slightly soft.

        3. Add a little dried herbs to taste, and set aside.

         

        【How to make tart crust】

        1. Let unsalted butter soften at room temperature.

        2. Beat butter, salt and icing sugar until smooth.

        3. Add the egg liquid in portions and mix well.

        4. Add sifted flour and mix well to form a dough.

        5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.

        6. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll it into the size of the baking mold.

        7. Place the dough on the tartelette plate, cover with lid, bake for 2 minutes, take out and let cool.

        8. Add the filling, spread an appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle with a little dried herbs.

        9. Bake in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 8-10 minutes until the mozzarella cheese melts.
