Cheese Taiyaki

Ingredients <8 pieces>

【Main ingredients】

  • Grapeseed oil / 20g
  • Whole egg liquid / 110g
  • Sanwen sugar / 20g
  • Fresh milk / 60g
  • Low gluten flour / 100g
  • Cheese powder / 10g
  • Baking powder / 3g

【Stuffing】

  • Cheese slices / 2 slices

      【Method】

      1. Divide 2 cheese slices into 8 portions.

      2. Mix whole egg liquid, three-temperature sugar and fresh milk until the sugar dissolves.

      3. Add cheese powder, sifted low-gluten flour and baking powder and mix well. Add grapeseed oil and mix well.

      4. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.

      5. Pour batter into about 1/2 of the poisson plate, add cheese slices, pour batter on the surface to cover the cheese slices, cover with lid, and bake for 4 minutes.
