Cheese Taiyaki
Ingredients <8 pieces>
【Main ingredients】
- Grapeseed oil / 20g
- Whole egg liquid / 110g
- Sanwen sugar / 20g
- Fresh milk / 60g
- Low gluten flour / 100g
- Cheese powder / 10g
- Baking powder / 3g
【Stuffing】
- Cheese slices / 2 slices
【Method】
1. Divide 2 cheese slices into 8 portions.
2. Mix whole egg liquid, three-temperature sugar and fresh milk until the sugar dissolves.
3. Add cheese powder, sifted low-gluten flour and baking powder and mix well. Add grapeseed oil and mix well.
4. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
5. Pour batter into about 1/2 of the poisson plate, add cheese slices, pour batter on the surface to cover the cheese slices, cover with lid, and bake for 4 minutes.
