Chocolate Banana Taiyaki

Ingredients <8 pieces>

【Main ingredients】

  • Unsalted butter / 15g
  • Whole egg liquid / 110g
  • Brown sugar / 25g
  • Salt / 1g
  • Fresh milk / 50g
  • Low gluten flour / 90g
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder / 10g
  • Baking powder / 3g

【Stuffing】

  • Banana slices / appropriate amount

      【Method】

      1. Melt unsalted butter in a pot of insulated water and set aside.

      2. Mix whole egg liquid, brown sugar, salt and fresh milk until the sugar dissolves.

      3. Add sifted cake flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix well.

      4. Add butter solution and mix well.

      5. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 30 minutes.

      6. Pour the batter into about 1/2 of the poisson plate, add the sliced ​​bananas, then pour the batter on the surface to cover the banana slices, cover the pan, and bake for 4 minutes.
