Homemade Omelette Noodles

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Noodles / 1 block
  • Pork slices / 100g
  • Carrot / 1/3 root
  • Broccoli / 2 tablets
  • Sprouts / 100 g
  • Agaricus / 50g
  • Salad oil / 2 tsp
  • Water / 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper / appropriate amount

【Ingredients】

  • Egg / 2 only
  • Salad oil / 1 teaspoon
  • Okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup and seaweed / appropriate amount

          【Method】

          1. Cut the pork slices into 3cm wide slices, shred the carrots, chop the cabbage, wash the bean sprouts and drain the water, wash the shimeji mushrooms and cut them into small pieces, stir the egg mixture evenly.

          2. Place a flat plate on the compact hot plate, preheat it with MED, add pork, carrots, broccoli, bean sprouts and shimeji mushrooms in order and stir-fry until cooked.

          3. Add noodles and water, adding seasonings while simmering, and pile to the side of the baking sheet.

          4. Pour salad oil on the other side, add egg liquid and fry until half-cooked.

          5. Pile the fried noodles on top of the eggs and cover with the remaining egg skin. Finally, pour various sauces and seaweed and serve.

          【Tips】

          ・You can also use other types of vegetables.
