Roasted Chicken Rice Burger

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • White rice / 2 bowls
  • Chicken chop / 2 blocks
  • Lettuce / appropriate amount
  • Tomato / appropriate amount
  • Korean BBQ Sauce / 2 tablespoons
  • Shaoxing wine / 1 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic / 1 tbsp

          【Sauce】

          • Grilled eel in sauce / 2 tablespoons
          • Roasted sesame seeds/appropriate amount

          【Method】

          1. Marinate the chicken chop with marinade for at least 2 hours.

          2. Place a round grilling net on the baking pan, then place the chicken steak on top, skin side down.

          3. Cover and bake at 260 degrees for 8 minutes.

          4. Coat both sides of the chicken chop with the sauce and grill for another 2 minutes.

          5. Put the rice into a small bowl and press it into shape.

          6. Place in the baking pan, cover and bake at 240 degrees for 4 minutes.

          7. Spread the cooking sauce on the rice and bake for another 3 minutes. Finally, assemble all the ingredients into a burger.
