Greek Yogurt

【Main ingredients】

  • Pure yogurt / 200g

          【Method】

          1. Pour the completed pure yogurt onto the filter cloth (or fish soup filter bag).

          2. Put it in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours, let the water drip naturally, and collect it in a container.

          3. The filtered pure yogurt becomes Greek yogurt. It also needs to be stored in the refrigerator.

          【Tips】

          ・The filtered juice is whey and contains considerable amounts of protein, vitamins and minerals. Whey can be added to other foods such as bread and biscuits to increase nutritional value, so don’t throw it away.
          ・Greek yogurt has a thicker and smoother texture than pure buttermilk. After most of the water and whey are filtered, Greek yogurt has a high protein content, rich taste, and low calories. It is one of the very popular health foods in recent years.
