【Main ingredients】

  • Peeled and cored lychees / 1/3 cup
  • Ice cubes / 1/3 cup
  • Sparkling water / 120ml
  • Espresso / 50ml


  • OutIn Nano Portable Espresso / 1 unit
  • Coffee capsule / 1 piece
  • Glass cup / 1 piece
  • Fruit pulp grinder / 1 set


1. Put the peeled and cored lychees into a cup, crush them vigorously with a pulp grinder and squeeze out the juice.

2. Add an appropriate amount of ice cubes to the cup and pour about 120 ml of sparkling water.

3. Add 50 ml of clean water to the water tank of OutIn Nano Portable Espresso.

4. Insert the Espresso capsule into the slot of OutIn Nano Portable Espresso correctly and firmly.

5. Place the glass under OutIn Nano Portable Espresso and press the button for 3 seconds to start the heating process. There will be a beep to indicate when it is complete. Once the water is heated, espresso extraction will begin automatically.

6. Once the espresso is extracted, stir gently and enjoy immediately!


・Choose ripe and sweet lychees for better taste. If you can't find fresh lychees, you can use canned lychees instead, but be sure to drain them before using.
・The espresso is added to the lychee and sparkling water mixture at the last moment before actually enjoying it to keep the drink fresh and sparkling.
・If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a teaspoon of honey or sugar to the lychee mixture before adding the sparkling water and ice cubes.
・For a better presentation, you can decorate the rim of the glass with a mint leaf or a piece of lychee.
