Grilled Salmon with Soy Sauce Koji

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Salmon fillet / 300g

          【Marinage】

          • Soy sauce koji / 1.5 tbsp

          【Yogurt Mustard Sauce Ingredients】

          • Plain yogurt / 2 tablespoons
          • Honey Mustard Seed / 2 tsp
          • Mustard / 1.5 tsp

          【Method】

          1. Wash the salmon fillet and pat dry. Spread the soy sauce koji evenly on both sides of the fish fillet, seal it and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for about two hours.

          2. Place the fish fillet on the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at 200℃ for about 20 minutes.

          3. Mix the yogurt mustard sauce ingredients and serve immediately.

          【Tips】

          ・Before putting it in the oven, lightly rub the soy sauce koji on both sides so that it will not burn easily.
