Salted Lemongrass Salmon

【Main ingredients】

  • Skin-on salmon fillets / 250g
  • Salted lemon (chopped) / 2 tablets
  • Onion strips / 1/4 pieces
  • Diao Cao / a little
  • Crushed black pepper / a little
  • Olive oil / 1/2 tablespoon


          1. Mix salted lemon wedges and olive oil and spread evenly on salmon.

          2. Place the onions in a dual-purpose baking pan and add the salmon.

          3. Add chopped black pepper and Diao Cao.

          4. Place directly into the oven at 240 degrees and bake for 6 minutes.


          Salted lemons are generally divided into yellow peel and green peel, and the round green ones are more fragrant.
          When purchasing salmon fillets, choose thicker ones.
          ・The best time to eat seafood is when it is hot right out of the oven. You can add a few drops of soy sauce to enhance the flavor when eating.
