Rosemary Pork Chops

Ingredients<4 pieces>

【Main ingredients】

  • Boneless pork chops (about 2 cm thick) / 4 pieces
  • Fresh rosemary / 2 teaspoons
  • Garlic (chopped) / 3 petals

【Spices (grind with FinaMill electric spice grinder)】

  • Salt/¼ tsp
  • Black pepper / ¼ teaspoon
  • Chili flakes / ½ tsp


1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

2. Use the FinaMill electric spice grinder to grind salt and pepper and apply evenly to the pork chops according to taste. If you want to add spiciness to your dish, add some ground dried chili peppers.

3. Combine rosemary and garlic in a small bowl. Spread evenly over both sides of the pork chops and rub them in with your fingers.

4. Place the grill rack in the roasting pan and place the seasoned pork chops on the grill rack.

5. Place the pork chops in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

6. After 10 minutes, lower the oven temperature to 170 degrees Celsius and bake for another 25 minutes, or until the pork chop is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
