【Main ingredients】

  • Silver snow fish meat (100 g each) / 2 pieces
  • Young salt / 1 tbsp


  • Japanese white noodles with soy sauce / 5 tablespoons
  • Wei Lin / 8 tablespoons
  • Granulated sugar / 1/2 tablespoon
  • Sake / 1 tbsp


1. Wash the fish and pat dry with kitchen paper.

2. Sprinkle with salt and marinate for 20 minutes, then rinse and pat dry with kitchen paper.

3. Mix the marinade ingredients, put them evenly on the fish, put them in a plastic bag and marinate them in the refrigerator for 1 day.

4. After taking it out, wipe off the excess soybean sauce on the fish.

5. Place the fish on the round mesh of the dual-purpose baking pan.

6. Bake directly at 220 degrees for 5 minutes.

7. Bake at 280 degrees for 4 minutes.
