Shrimp and Mushroom Soup

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Shrimp / 6 - 8 only
  • Hongxi Mushroom / 50 grams
  • Tofu / 100g
  • Egg / 1
  • Vegetable oil / 5g
  • Water / 300ml
  • Salt / appropriate amount
  • Sesame oil / a little
  • Pepper / a little


          1. Beat the eggs first. Devein the shrimps, add vegetable oil, pepper and salt, marinate for 5 minutes, remove the stems of the mushrooms and separate them, clean them. Cut the tofu into approximately 1 cm pieces.

          2. Pour in the shrimps, turn the Multi Mini Pot to high heat, and stir-fry until they change color.

          3. Pour in water and bring to a boil, then add Hongxi mushrooms and tofu. After boiling again, pour in the egg mixture while stirring, cook until the egg droplets form, then turn off the heat.

          4. Finally, add salt and sesame oil according to personal taste, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
