Blueberry Donuts

Ingredients <18 pieces>

【Main ingredients】

  • Grapeseed oil / 15g
  • Whole egg liquid / 35g
  • Sugar / 25g
  • Water / 30g
  • Low gluten flour / 100g
  • Baking powder / 3g
  • Frozen blueberry puree / 60g


  • White chocolate / 45g
  • Frozen blueberry puree / 10g


      1. Mix whole egg liquid, sugar, frozen blueberry puree and water until the sugar dissolves.

      2. Add sifted flour and mix well.

      3. Add grapeseed oil and mix well.

      4. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 30 minutes.

      5. Put the batter into a piping bag.

      6. Pour into the donut plate, cover and bake for 3 minutes.

      7. Place white chocolate and frozen blueberry puree in hot water until completely dissolved.

      8. After cooling, top with blueberry white chocolate syrup and serve.
