Blueberry Chocolate Cake

Ingredients <4 pieces>

【Main ingredients】

  • Low gluten flour / 125g
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder / 10g
  • Baking powder / 4g
  • Whole eggs / 110g
  • Fresh milk / 130g
  • Sugar / 30g
  • Grapeseed oil / 20g


  • Sweet cream / 100g
  • Dark chocolate / 20g
  • Fresh blueberries / appropriate amount


        1. Beat sweet cream and set aside.

        2. Heat the black chocolate in a hot water base until it melts and set aside.

        【Cake recipe】

        1. Mix whole eggs, sugar and fresh milk until the sugar dissolves.

        2. Add sifted flour and mix well.

        3. Add grapeseed oil and mix well.

        4. Then cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 30 minutes.

        5. Pour in an appropriate amount of batter, wait until bubbles appear on the surface of the batter, cover and bake for 4 minutes.

        6. Pour the dark chocolate syrup into the whipped sweet cream and mix well.

        7. Spread chocolate cream on the panini cake, top with fresh blueberries, cover with another slice of cake, cut into pieces and serve.
