Ginger Creme Brulee

Ingredients <3 pieces>

【Main ingredients】

  • Light cream / 125 g
  • Fresh milk / 125 g
  • Brown sugar / 15 g
  • Yolk / 2 pieces
  • Ginger juice / 2 tbsp


          1. Add cream and egg yolk and mix well.

          2. Pour a little fresh milk into step (1), bring the remaining fresh milk to a boil, add sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves.

          3. Mix the cream and egg milk mixture evenly, then add the hot fresh milk in batches and mix well.

          4. Then add ginger juice, mix well, and pour into the baking cup.

          5. Pour hot water into the baking pan about 1 cm high, put the baking cup on it, put it in the oven, steam and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

          6. After taking it out of the oven, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

          7. Before eating, sprinkle brown sugar on the surface (not included in the serving size) and burn the sugar with a torch until golden brown.
