Baked Eggs In Avocado

  • Fully Ripe Avocado / 1
  • Yolk / 2 pieces
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese / 2 tablespoons
  • Crushed black pepper / a little
  • Salt / a little


          1. Cut the avocado into two pieces and remove the core first.

          2. Use a small spoon to dig out about 0.5 cm around the core.

          3. Cut off a little bit of the bottom of the avocado to help keep the avocado stable and flat during baking and prevent the avocado from tilting.

          4. Carefully add the egg yolk, and add a little salt and crushed black pepper.

          5. Add grated Parmesan cheese.

          6. Place in the oven on a square baking grid and bake at 170 degrees for 6 minutes.

          7. Adjust to 280 degrees and bake for exactly 1 minute more.


          When making this recipe, it will be more suitable to buy larger avocados.
          The effect is better if the avocado is made at room temperature.
          Choose Hubei eggs or Japanese eggs for a better taste.
