Cheese Kimchi Rice Cake Pot
Ingredients<Serves 2>
【Main ingredients】
- Pickle / 50g
- Korean rice cake / 150g
- Chinese cabbage / 2 - 3 pieces
- Jade melon / 50g
- Spam / 100g
- Fish cake / 2 - 3
- Shredded buffalo cheese / appropriate amount
【Soup base】
- Korean hot sauce / 40g
- Minced garlic / 10g
- Sugar / 10g
- Water / 200ml
- Korean soy sauce / 15g
【Method】
1. Wash the jade melon and Chinese cabbage, then slice and drain. Wash and drain the Korean rice cakes. Slice the luncheon meat and cut the kimchi into small pieces.
2. Place Chinese cabbage and kimchi on the bottom of the Multi Mini Pot, then add jade melon, Korean rice cakes, spam slices and fish cakes.
3. Pour in the evenly stirred soup base, add an appropriate amount of water, and increase the heat to high until the food is cooked.
4. Finally sprinkle with grated cheese, turn off the heat after the cheese melts, and enjoy.
