Cheese and Beef Meatballs

Ingredients＜Serves 2＞

【Main ingredients】

• Wagyu burger / 2 pieces (250g)
• Onion / 1/2 pieces
• Bread crumbs / 30g
• Cheese cubes/appropriate amount

【Marinage】

• Shaoxing wine / 1 tablespoon
• Mixed herbs / 1 teaspoon
• Salt / 1/2 teaspoon

【Method】

1. First chop the onion.

2. Add all ingredients to seasoning and mix well.

3. Shape the beef paste into a round ball.

4. Put cheese cubes into beef balls and shape into balls.

5. Place a round baking mesh in the baking pan, place the meatballs on top, cover and bake at 230 degrees for 8 minutes.

【Tips】

・You can use pork burgers or fresh meat according to your personal taste.
・It is advisable to use granulated cheese for easy wrapping.
