Natto and Quinoa Salad

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Quinoa / 100g
  • Yellow bell pepper / 1/3 pieces
  • Red bell pepper / 1/3 pieces
  • Greenhouse cucumber / 1 item
  • Purple onion / 1/3 piece

          【Sauce】

          • Japanese soy sauce / 1 tablespoon
          • Mirin / 1 tablespoon
          • Wasabi / 1 teaspoon
          • Lemon juice / 1 teaspoon

          【Method】

          1. Wash the quinoa, add water to cover the surface, simmer for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, let cool and set aside.

          2. Dice yellow and red bell peppers, dice purple onions, and slice cucumber.

          3. Add natto, Japanese soy sauce, mirin, and mustard sauce and stir evenly.

          4. Pour all ingredients into a large bowl, add lemon juice and mix well.
