Peking Duck

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Frozen duck breast / 1 piece
  • Hoisin sauce / appropriate amount
  • Minced green onion (shredded) / 1 section
  • Cucumber (cut into shreds) / half


  • Sweet noodle sauce / 1 tablespoon
  • Rose water / half tablespoon
  • Pepper / half teaspoon
  • Five spice powder / half teaspoon
  • Salt / half teaspoon

Crispy water]

  • Honey (maltose is better) / 1 tablespoon
  • Frozen boiling water / 1 tablespoon
  • White vinegar / 1 tablespoon
  • Old soy sauce / 1 tablespoon


          1. Thaw the frozen duck breast, clean the fur on the surface, wash and pat dry and set aside.

          2. Stir the duck marinade evenly and spread it evenly on the duck surface, then turn the duck skin upward.

          3. Stir the crispy water ingredients evenly, then apply evenly on the duck skin, preferably at least three times, and then air-dry for more than 3 hours. (The surface of the duck breast is well air-dried, and the air-fried effect will be better)

          4. Preheat the air fryer, place the duck breast in the air fryer, spray a little oil, air fry at 160 degrees for 8 minutes, then air fry at 200 degrees for 5 minutes to make the duck skin darker.

          5. Take out the duck breast and let it cool for 10 minutes, then cut the duck into thin slices with a knife, and finally add shredded cucumber, green onion, hoisin sauce and spring roll wrappers. (Put a piece of butter paper between each piece of spring roll wrapper to prevent it from sticking to the bottom, and steam it in a steamer for 5 minutes.)
