Smoked Salmon Cheese Kale Wraps with Pumpkin White Corn

【Main ingredients】

  • Aquamate Norwegian Smoked Salmon / 1 serving
  • Aquagreen Kale / 1 serving
  • Onion / half
  • Babe Pumpkin / 1
  • White corn / 1 item
  • Low fat cheese / 8 capsules
  • Minced garlic / 2 petals
  • Sugar / appropriate amount
  • Butter / 5g
  • Water / 200ml
  • Vegetable stock cubes / 1/4 cubes


    1. Cut the pumpkin into pieces and peel it, dice the onion, remove the flesh from the white corn, and save the corn core for later use.

    2. Cover the pumpkin pieces with microwave cling paper and heat in the microwave for 1 minute each time until the pumpkin pieces become soft.

    3. Turn Multi Grill Pot to high heat (HI), add butter and onions to the stew pot and stir-fry until translucent, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

    4. Add pumpkin and white corn kernels, lightly press the pumpkin into puree, add water, corn kernels and stock kernels. Turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Beat the soup with a whisk until smooth and add sugar to taste.

    5. Cut the stems off the middle of the kale. Place two pieces of smoked salmon on the bottom, add kale and 2 cheeses, then roll them up, put them in the pot and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
