Steamed Clams (Anhydrous Dish)

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Clam / 500g
  • Golden mushroom / 1 package
  • Fan / 1 package
  • Lettuce / 1 tree
  • Soy sauce / 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic bean paste / 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil / 5ml
  • Garlic (chopped) / 3 capsules
  • Coriander / appropriate amount


    1. Soak the clam in advance and spit out sand. (I used frozen scallops this time, so I skipped this step) Soak the vermicelli until soft, drain and set aside. Chop the garlic into small pieces and set aside.

    2. Mix light soy sauce, bean paste, sesame oil and garlic to form a sauce and set aside.

    3. First put a layer of enoki mushrooms on the bottom of the pot, then put the lettuce, then the vermicelli, finally add the scallops and pour on the sauce.

    4. Turn on medium-high heat and cook for 8 minutes. Turn off the heat and bake for another 2 minutes.

    5. Finally add coriander. Finish.


    ・Add a lot of coriander to make it more fragrant and delicious.
    ・The time starts from the start of the fire. Do not cook for too long. Otherwise, the water will boil dry.
    ・You can use shrimp, shrimp, or other seafood instead of lettuce.
    ・You can use other vegetables instead of lettuce. I’ve tried baby cabbage and it’s delicious.
