Baked Salmon

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Salmon fillet with skin / 4 pieces
  • Onion (sliced) / half
  • Lemon (sliced) / 1 piece
  • Butter / 3 tbsp
  • Oil / 1 tablespoon

【Spices (grind with FinaMill electric spice grinder)】

  • Dill / ½ teaspoon
  • Salt / appropriate amount
  • Black pepper / appropriate amount
  • Chili flakes / appropriate amount


1. Let the salmon rest at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes, then pat dry with kitchen paper.

2. Coat tin foil with oil and place salmon fillets on top, skin side down.

3. Using the FinaMill electric spice grinder, grind salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and dill to taste and spread evenly.

4. Place the butter slices evenly on the salmon.

5. Arrange sliced ​​onions and lemon slices evenly over the salmon.

6. Wrap the salmon fillets with tin foil to prevent juice from leaking and place on the baking sheet.

7. Bake in an oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.

8. Remove the lemon slices and serve.
