Vegetarian Thick Soup With Fresh Yam

  • Huaishan / 130g
  • Radish / 50g
  • Mushrooms / 1
  • Egg / 1
  • Lettuce / 1 - 2 pieces
  • Water / 300ml
  • Vegetable oil / 10g
  • Salt / appropriate amount


          1. Wash and peel the yam and radish, cut the yam into puree and cut the radish into small pieces. Remove the stems from the mushrooms, wash and cut into cubes. Wash and chop lettuce. Beat the eggs into a paste.

          2. Turn up the heat of the Multi Mini Pot to high, add vegetable oil, add diced radish and shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry until fragrant.

          3. Add water and bring to boil, add yam paste and stir evenly.

          4. Cook until it boils, then lower the heat to medium, pour in the egg mixture while stirring, and cook into egg droplets.
