Seafood Congee

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Pearl rice / 50g
  • Vegetable oil / 10g
  • Jiang Rong / 3g
  • Minced garlic / 3g
  • Peanut butter / 10 
  • Fish sauce / 5g
  • Sesame oil / 3g
  • Salted winter vegetables / 5g
  • Mushroom / 1
  • Shrimp / 6 - 8 only
  • Chopped green onion / a little
  • Coriander / a little
  • Water / 600ml


          1. Wash the pearl rice and drain. Remove stems from mushrooms, wash and slice into slices. Wash and drain shrimps. Cut off shrimp whiskers.

          2. Pour water into the Multi Mini Pot, increase the heat to high and cook until it boils. Add pearl rice and vegetable oil, stir evenly, increase the heat to medium-high and cook for 5 minutes (uncovered).

          3. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring appropriately (uncovered).

          4. Keep the heat low, add minced ginger, minced garlic and peanut butter and mix well.

          5. Add mushrooms, shrimps and salted winter vegetables, reduce to medium heat and cook until cooked.

          6. Finally add fish sauce and sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander, then turn off the heat and enjoy.
