Thai Fish Cakes

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Dace meat / 200g
  • Untreated pork / 150g
  • French beans / 100g
  • Lemon leaves / 2 pieces


          • Red curry paste / 2 tablespoons
          • Fish sauce / 1 teaspoon
          • Sugar / 1 teaspoon


          1. First wash and cut French beans into cubes, remove stems from lemon leaves and cut into puree.

          2. Mix all ingredients and seasonings evenly.

          3. Roll the fish filling into a ball and flatten slightly into fish cakes.

          4. Place a round grilling net in the baking pan, brush the fish cakes with oil, and bake at 260 degrees for 8 minutes.

          5. Flip the fish cakes and bake for another 5 minutes.


          You can increase or decrease the amount of red curry paste according to your personal taste.
          The French beans remain crispy even after being roasted.
          ・According to personal taste, you can use green beans instead of French beans.
