Chocolate Cheese Donuts

Ingredients <18 pieces>

【Main ingredients】

  • Unsalted butter / 25g
  • Whole egg liquid / 35g
  • Sugar / 30g
  • Fresh milk / 65g
  • Low gluten flour / 90g
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder / 10g
  • Baking powder / 3g
  • Original cheese / 30g

【Decorations】

  • Glazed crispy chocolate / 50g

      【Cake recipe】

      1. Melt unsalted butter in a pot of insulated water and set aside.

      2. Mix whole eggs, sugar, plain cheese and fresh milk until the sugar dissolves.

      3. Add sifted flour and mix well.

      4. Add butter solution and mix well.

      5. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 30 minutes.

      6. Put the batter into a piping bag.

      7. Pour the batter into the donut plate, cover and bake for 3 minutes.

      8. Melt the crispy chocolate glaze in a bowl of immersed water and set aside.

      9. After the donuts have cooled, dip them in crispy chocolate syrup and place them on a rack until the chocolate solidifies.
