Japanese Soy Milk Fish Soup Seafood Beauty Pot

【Main ingredients】

  • Nine-section shrimp / 4 pieces
  • Blue spot flower crab / 2 pieces
  • Fish maw (requires pre-soaking) / 4 pieces
  • White radish / half bar
  • Corn / 1 item
  • Carrot / half bar
  • Romaine lettuce / half tree
  • Corn cobs / several
  • Golden mushroom / half pack
  • Mushroom / half pack
  • Watercress seedlings / small amount
  • Tofu / 1 brick

          【Soup base】

          • Fish larvae in soup / 3 items
          • White radish (cut into pieces) / half bar
          • Corn (cut into sections) / 1 item
          • Ginger(shredded) / appropriate amount
          • Japanese soy milk / 500ml
          • water / 1500ml
          • Salt, pepper / appropriate amount

          【How to make fish soup】

          1. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the shredded ginger, and fry the fish on both sides until golden brown and fragrant.

          2. Pour in water, cover with a lid and cook until the water boils. Add radish and corn and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes until the soup turns milky white.

          3. Slowly add soy milk, bring to a boil, reduce to low heat, and cook for 15 minutes more. Then add 1 teaspoon of salt and a small amount of pepper to taste. The soup is ready.

          4. Separate the soup residue with a garnish and keep all the fish soup juice.

          【How to make seafood pot】

          1. First put the radish and corn on the bottom of Multi Grill Pot, then top with romaine lettuce, corn cobs and tofu, then top with your favorite ingredients and seafood.

          2. Pour in fish soup, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
