Slow Cooked Herb Chicken Wraps

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Chicken Thigh Steak / 1 piece


          • Salt koji / 1 teaspoon
          • Olive oil / 1 teaspoon
          • Minced garlic / 1 teaspoon
          • Italian mixed herbs / 2 tsp
          • Brown sugar / 1 teaspoon
          • Black pepper / a little


          1. Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs.

          2. Add seasonings and mix well, roll up the chicken steak with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

          3. After removing the plastic wrap, tie the chicken roll tightly with string, put it into a plastic bag, press out the air and seal it.

          4. Put it into a container and pour in a large boiling water until it covers the plastic bag.

          5. Cap the bottle, put it into the body and cover it.

          6. Set the time to 4 hours and the temperature to 65°C.

          7. When finished, cut into pieces and enjoy.
